Jeff Guinn has been working with other groups for several years teaching vets how to tie fly’s and fly fish. He arranges trips on lake Whitney for them with Bill Adams. Jeff and Pamela Guinn decided at the end of the year to form their own nonprofit and enlarge the scope to not just include vets but all first responders and their families.
